If you haven't updated or added a picture to your resume yet, now is the time. We are making changes and one of the cool new features is when someone searches the resume database your picture will display in the search results. Search results are ordered so those with pictures attached are displayed first. So, add your picture or you may get overlooked. Adding pictured is easy and free. Click the FAQ under the Photos and Resumes bar at the top of the page for a tutorial.
