Description	Below is the synopsis for a 3 minute short film by Zachary Nelson and Caleb Busacker. The two leads are rather straightforward characters (Specified below.) We are auditioning this week for our shoots on Sunday, Jan 31 and Monday, Feb 1. Call me (Zach) at 952.334.7515 to set up an audition. We are shooting on 16mm film so all sound recording will be done in our professional booth on a separate day, which makes for much easier shooting days! Act I We are introduced to Samantha and Josh and what seems to be a very happy relationship. Act II Josh is rejected and left distraught and unsatisfied from the abrupt break up. We see a retrospect of the relationship Josh misses. Josh then decides to take initiative and try and win Samantha back. Josh attempts to win her back with a series of material gifts he leaves at her doorstep due to unreturned contact. Throughout his attempts we find out more and more about Samantha. Her actions seem in harsh contrast to the girl Josh longs to be reunited with. At each attempt he is rejected and Samantha becomes more contemptible. Act III Finally after Samantha seems to reach an ultimate low and Josh has given up on the idea of winning her over with material things, Samantha takes him back in. Josh is happy in their reunion, however the audience is left with a negative perspective on the future of their relationship and the question of what Josh sees in her. Cast needed: Samantha (Beautiful, fit, thin, fair-skinned, mischievous, confident body language, 20-25 appearance) Josh (Cute, thin, hopeful but saddened, honest, passive body language, 20-25 appearance) Extras (4 athletically built taller males)
