HELP! I am out of headshots! WHERE CAN I GET SOME CHEAP ONES MADE?? Internet companies are fine as well..I just don't have alot of $$$$$$...I have the digital image on disk so that should be cool.

They do headshot prints inexpensivly. It cost around $80.00 for 500 copies. You can upload a digital image to them as well.

If you log onto GOOGLE you can find companies that can mass produce copies of your reel for you. Many of them are based in California. (go figure!)
I do not know of any specific company that is better than another currently.
If you want to find a local company I would call the Minnesota Filmboard and ask who they reccomend for getting demo reels mass produced. Or look on the Minnesota Filmboard Production guide www.mnfilm.org/guide/ Look up duplication services.

I know you wanted headshots for cheap and 500 for $80 certainly fits the bill. However, I think it is important to mention for the other readers that there is a big difference between lithos and actual photo repros. Photo reproductions do run a bit more but are much nicer quality. The best place for actual photo repros (mass qty) is a place called ISGO lab in Burbank and Hollywood. They are amazing and very affordable. Best of all they do take out of state orders and do mass qty's of color as well which is becomming very common in L.A. now.

Very true-
Lithograph prints are not the same as glossy photos. If you want to see the difference between a lithgraph print and a glossy print- request a sample lithgraph from ABC Pictures. (www.abcpictures.com)
I have worked as a casting director here in Minnesota with such production companies as Warner Brothers, New Line Cinema, and Walt Disney as well as local companies Best Buy, Target, and Kimberly Clark. In all of my dealings with them, lithograph prints and glossy photos were never an issue. The quality between the two isn't drastic enough to present a problem.
I am only driving home this point because why pay more money for glossy photo reprints when you can get lithos?
This has been my experience here in Minnesota. I think Los Angeles may be more fickle.

No casting peeps care if you have photos or lithos. they all get thrown out anyway. usually only beginers fall for the photos. I've been a manager for 19 yrs, & done my share of casting as well. www.myspace.com/carynmoss

I'm offering headshots for dirt cheap right now!
$120 for a session, this will get you a disc with 10-15 EDITED Hi-Res Digital images that you can use for headshots / comp cards / ect. I'm cool with doing more than one look as well. AND my biggest selling point right now, is that I offer FULL RIGHTS of the images to the client - so they can be reproduced as they see fit.
